A lap quilt that I finally finished for my mother-in-law.
The story is that her mother (my husband's grandmother, and quite a quilter) cut the small squares but never did anything with them. My mother-in-law gave me the pieces to "do something with". It took a while, but I put together something that I am happy with. The truly vintage fabrics were a lot of fun to work with.
This is my blog for sharing photos of some of my fiber and book arts projects online. I may reflect on them a bit, but mostly it is just an avenue for me to show others what I have been working on. Enjoy!

Baby Gifts
I have three new babies in my life, and nothing brings out the crafty gifter in me more than babies!
A hexagon ball for Beatrice ... which her older sister Amari thought was quite fabulous.
A knitted blue cap that ties under the chin for Max.
And a play mat with extra padding and interesting fabrics for some floor time for Rowan.
